🌸 Everything is official unless stated otherwise and in good condition. Any damage will be stated.
🌸 Strictly no back outs. Please do not claim or offer on an item if you cannot afford to pay for it. If this occurs, you will be blocked.
🌸 Payment to be made within 24 hours after receiving message. If you need more time please let me know. I am open to short payment plans (within 4 weeks), but you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure your items.
🌸 Postage cost not included. I prefer to send tracked but will send stamped if requested.

🌺 Must use tracked postage only.
🌺 Must be willing to post item at the same time. If you have less than 5 proofs, you must be willing to send first. I will then send yours once I have received mine.
Group Orders (GOs)
🌻 Payments will be required in 3 stages:
1 - initial cost of item
2- ems/int'l (shipping to me)
3 - domestic (shipping to you)
🌻 Some orders can be pre-orders where production time is long, please only join if you are not in a hurry and can wait.
🌻 Delays in production/shipping is outside of my control and I am not responsible for this.
🌻 I will sometimes require a top up for any conversion rates / shipping costs that are underestimated.
🌻 Most GOs will be sent to my Kaddy and then forwarded on to me. Sometimes, this can take a while as I will be waiting for other items to arrive and consolidate together to keep ems costs down.
🌻 No backing out/cancellations without a replacement. You will not be refunded and will be blacklisted from future GOs if this happens.
🌻 Combined shipping is available once I have received the items.
🌻 Meet ups will be available depending on my work schedule.

🌻 I do not take responsibility for any items that have a production defect/s.
🌻 I do not take responsibility for items damaged during transit from supplier to me.
🌻 If I use a proxy, rest assured that I have done my research. In the unlikely event, the proxy does not deliver, I will try as hard as I can to get a refund, however, a full refund is not always guaranteed. This is a risk we all take when buying online. Please do not join my GOs if you are uncomfortable with this.
🌻 GO joiners are responsible for reading and filling out forms correctly. If not, this can slow down the shipping out process.
🌻 GO joiners must make payments on time otherwise items are at risk of being forfeited with no refund. If you need more time please communicate this. I will not chase you outside of the GO group chat.
🌻 If payments are late without communication prior to deadline a late fee will be applied.
• 1-7 days late = $2
• 8-14 days late = $5
• 15-20 days late = $8
• 21+ days late = $15 / forfeit of items with no refund if no communication has been made.
🌻 I will only hold on hand GO items for up to 3 weeks. If you have not filled out the doms form or communicated to me that you need more time your items will be forfeited without a refund.
🌻 As some GOs can take a long time, if you have changed your ig handle please communicate this to me. I host a lot of GOs and it is not my responsibility to keep up with a change in handle name.
